The 2nd Naple (National Authorities on Public Libraries in Europe) Conference "The Role of Public Libraries in National Policies of Developing a Knowledge Society" (Digitalization of Cultural Heritage and Implementation of Multiculturalism in Libraries), will be held in Supetar from 5-8 October 2005.
The Conference is one of the events marking the 1700th anniversary of Diocletian's Palace in Split.
The Conference is by invitation and participants from 26 European countries and USA are expected.
